In June 2011 Kevan Howley bought Belpac from Jeyes. Vested with full ownership and control of Belpac Ltd he plans to grow the company by penetrating new markets and through strategic acquisitions.
Unfortunately this was disastrous period in the history of Belpac, which resulted in the business being placed into Administration on the 5th July 2012. 2 of its previous Management team, Ian Nicholls and Ian Blunt, who had both left the business prior to this, returned to take control of the business from the Administrators on 11th July 2012 as BDN Packaging Ltd but continued to trade as Belpac.
The company is now back on a firm base, continuously investing in the most up to date Thermoforming and ancillary equipment. This ensures it remains competitive and offers the most efficient service.
Since 2012 Belpac has invested over £1,000,000 with further investment planned for the upcoming year.
